2013 Chevy Malibu Excites Buffalo Chevrolet Lovers

Production for this auto will begin in the U.S. in early 2012 with the ECO model and will be available to Buffalo Chevrolet consumers in four well-equipped trims: the LS, LT, ECO and LTZ.

Two engine choices will be available at West Herr Chevrolet’s Hamburg and Orchard Park showrooms. Customers will be able to pick from a 190-hp Ecotec 2.5L engine or a 182-hp Ecotec 2.4L four-cylinder engine with an eAssist system and six-speed automatic transmission.

“Whatever the surface, you feel connected to the road in the new Malibu, while also being comfortably isolated from the imperfections and noise of the road,” Moussa added. “The feel behind the wheel is like that of premium sedans that cost thousands more, with a great feeling of control at highway speeds and excellent maneuverability at low speeds.”

The 2013 Chevy Malibu is designed to make Buffalo Chevrolet drivers feel more in control with its rack-mounted electric power steering technology and about 65% high-strength steel and ultra-high-strength steel body structure that is estimated to be 19% stiffer than its predecessor.

Some of the advanced safety technologies that will be equipped to maximize accident prevention are comprised of a four-channel antilock braking system, cornering brake control, panic brake assist, hydraulic brake assist and a StabiliTrak electronic stability control system.
